Quick start
Get a team uploading ITP photos quickly: create an account, create a job, link Telegram, then start uploading.
Account, job and linked Telegram group.
Manual rooms, template edits and room-specific stages can come later.
Captions are optional once the team knows the format.
Create your account
Open Wedge, choose Create Organisation Account, then enter the organisation name, your name, email and password.
Create a job
Open Jobs, choose Create Job, enter the job name, then select the new job.
Link Telegram
Add @wedgesitebot to the job's Telegram group, copy the chat ID it posts, then link that chat ID from the job Settings page.
Upload a photo
Send a photo in the linked Telegram group. Wedge will prompt you for the room and stage, then save the photo into the right record.
Check it in the dashboard
Open the job in Wedge and view the room card. The uploaded photo will appear under the room and stage you selected in Telegram.
Optional typed captions
The guided prompt is the normal workflow. Typed captions are a faster option for experienced users. Stages must match the allowed stages for the job, and room can come before or after the stage.

What can wait
- Adding rooms manually is optional if Telegram room auto-create is enabled.
- Template editing can be handled after the first job is running.
- Reports can be generated later from Exports and collected in Library.
